Marcellus Wiley wants his sexual assault lawsuits kept far away from his restraining order fight with estranged wife Annemarie Wiley ... TMZ has learned.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Marcellus is asking a judge to block Annemarie from bringing up the civil cases pending against him in New York during their upcoming domestic violence restraining order hearing.

His lawyers say the New York cases involve seven accusers, different alleged conduct and incidents dating back decades ... mostly to the 1990s and early 2000s. They also say the claims have never been proven in court.

Spencer Pratt is comparing Lindsay Clancy to a pit bull that kills a kid ... saying some impulses should get you removed from society for good.

Spencer weighed in on X Saturday ... reacting directly to the Clancy case as jurors continue weighing whether she should be held criminally responsible for killing her three children.

Laura Owens pleaded guilty Friday to four felonies tied to fake pregnancy claims involving Echard and another man, according to The Arizona Republic.

Owens admitted to two counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices, one count of perjury and one count of taking another person's identity.

Bryan Kohberger wants to get the judge on his quadruple murder conviction booted off the case -- because he says the justice disqualified himself by calling him a "faceless coward."

Judge Steven Hippler presided over Kohberger's 2025 trial in which Bryan pleaded guilty to killing 4 University of Idaho students and was sentenced to life in prison without parole.

At his sentencing, Kohberger admitted to killing Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin inside their home in 2022, but he never gave a motive for the murders. Judge Hippler called Kohberger a "faceless coward" before sentencing him under a plea deal.

Milo Yiannopoulos was in the middle of a nasty court battle with his estranged husband, John Campbell, before he was taken into ICE custody ... and alleged texts show Milo texting some nasty things ... and a lot of it is racial.

A series of text messages were submitted in court, obtained by TMZ, allegedly sent by Milo to John ahead of their split ... and it looks like the former Kanye West executive relied heavily on the N-word. For his part, Milo called some of the texts "obvious fakes" and claimed John "secretly" sent messages from Milo's phone to John's phone.

In a message dated March 2025, Milo wrote to his husband, "But you are worthless to me ... worthless. Stupid worthless n*****. I hope you rot in hell with your monkey ancestors. I was only using you for a Green Card."

A teenager driving a BMW plowed into an NYPD patrol car, causing it to overturn and catch on fire -- police say -- and the aftermath of the insane crash was all caught on video.

The New York Police Department tells us the fiery incident went down in the wee hours Friday in The Bronx, New York, where 19-year-old Gamal Ali was behind the wheel of the burgundy BMW driving along with Bruckner Expressway right behind the police cruiser.

Suddenly, Ali slammed into the rear of the cop car, which flipped over, but somehow ended up back on its wheels, according to police.

New details have surfaced in Famous Dex's alleged brutal attack on his reality star ex-girlfriend -- and they're downright frightening with the rapper choking her and punching her in the eye while on drugs, according to a police report.

The report, obtained by TMZ, lays out all the violence that Dex allegedly unleashed on Pam Rodriguez from Burbank to Las Vegas over a two-day period in August. Rodriguez's name is redacted in the report, but our law enforcement sources identified her as the victim.

Police say the first incident occurred on August 21 at the Burbank Hotel in Burbank, California, where Dex was allegedly "crashing out" after drinking alcohol and consuming multiple drugs. Dex then allegedly slugged Rodriguez, giving her a black and blue eye. 

Well this is a new one ... influencers Dalton Memel and Ntsako Mathivha are getting divorced ... and they've agreed to keep the cameras rolling for their social media accounts ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Dalton filed for divorce from Ntsako, but the estranged couple agreed to continue recording content for their shared social media accounts at least twice a week, for no fewer than four hours per session.

The docs say they'll have to agree on the content beforehand and coordinate their filming schedule at least 24 hours in advance. Welcome to the wonderful world of influencer divorces.

Michael Douglas' dad, Kirk Douglas, made sure the actor's wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones, was taken care of in his will before he died ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the trust documents executed by Kirk, who died in 2020 at 103, and his widow, Anne Douglas, who died in 2021 at 102 ... and they lay out which family members inherited the various parts of their massive estate.

Kirk had four kids: Michael, Eric, Joel, and Peter Douglas ... and his grandkids are also beneficiaries of the estate.

Gleb filed court docs detailing messages he says his ex, Elena Samodanova, and her new fiancé sent to his daughter, Olivia.

In his recent filing, Gleb claims his ex calls their daughter Olivia numerous times each day and sends hundreds of text messages daily. He said a bunch of these messages include "demeaning comments, insults, love bombing, guilt tripping, manipulation, and degradation" of him.

Adrien Broner says he wants the arrest warrant tossed in his trespass case after his lawyer showed up to court ... insisting he didn't skip court and just mistakenly believed the case was closed ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the former fighter's attorney entered a written plea of not guilty in the case. Prosecutors charged him over an alleged incident at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Officials claim police responded to the casino in April 2024 because Adrien was allegedly trespassing. Adrien had reportedly been hit with a lifetime ban from the casino the year before but decided to return anyway.

The controversial political personality is currently being held at an ICE detention center, per inmate records. The circumstances surrounding his detention are not yet clear but our sources tell us Milo was detained at an airport.

Milo is well known for his ties to Kanye West ... serving as Ye's chief of staff for nearly two years before the two parted ways in 2024. Kanye is set to perform Friday night in New Orleans at the Caesars Superdome ... perhaps the reason why Milo was in Louisiana.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, DeenTheGreat -- real name Nurideen Shabazz --agreed to enter a diversion program that will require him to complete classes and other requirements. In exchange, the case will be taken off the docket, and if he meets all the conditions of the program and keeps his nose clean, he won't do any jail time.

The charges stemmed from an incident on May 27 in Miami while DeenTheGreat and friends were partying on a yacht. A woman claimed she got into a verbal fight with DeenTheGreat, which led to him kicking her off the boat.

Rumer Willis' ex Derek Richard Thomas is firing back in their custody war ... accusing her of trying to interfere with his time with their daughter.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Derek says Rumer's claims about his alleged drug use, endangering their 3-year-old daughter, Louetta, and refusing to cooperate are "materially false and misleading."

Derek claims it's actually Rumer who has been making things difficult ... saying she repeatedly frustrates his visitation time and fails to follow custody orders.
