JI Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue)

Facilities: New, and the heating was very warm, which is important for people visiting in winter. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very close to Central Street. Highly recommend for out-of-town visitors. Service: The staff attitude was excellent.

First, the exterior carpet was damaged, and upon entering the room, there were obvious stains on the bedside table, indicating it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. During my 10+ day business trip, the housekeeper didn't even bother to remove hair from the bathroom. The shower area only had a single rack; to hang towels or other items, I had to use a clothesline. The cleaning lady didn't replenish the room amenities daily; I had to call the front desk to ask for them when I returned at night, which disrupted my personal time. Also, the hairdryer was wall-mounted. Considering it's not tourist season in Harbin, this price and the hotel are really hard to describe.

The surrounding environment is nice, and the place is clean and tidy. However, I was not satisfied with the service. The nearby facilities are also very complete, including a convenience store, and it is very close to Central Street.

The location and environment were okay, but there was a lingering smell of smoke in the hotel room that wouldn't dissipate.

Convenient transportation, very close to the pedestrian street. Good service; complimentary milk and fruit were provided for guests with children.
