I love it... the people, the pace, the challenge. Still do. But I used to get sick all the time. Constantly run down. The kind of tired that a weekend doesn't fix. I was doing everything right on paper and still something felt off. What I’ve come to realise is that nothing was wrong with me. I wasn’t broken, just disconnected from what my body needed. That’s what drew me to Earthing Oz and Barefoot Healing. Both exist to help people reconnect with what their biology has always needed - something modern life has quietly, and consistently, pulled us away from. I'm now doing more than I've ever done, and I no longer get sick. Disconnection from our biology manifests in many ways. For me it showed up as constant immunity issues.
