From starting in the call centre to leading at the enterprise level, it’s been a journey shaped by opportunity, trust, and the people around me. ANZ is where I’ve built, scaled, and led large technology teams — delivering critical enterprise services and driving transformation across the organisation. While I take the learning and experience with me, it’s the relationships and shared journeys that leave a lasting impact — teams that think bigger, move faster, and consistently deliver outcomes that matter. We didn’t always get everything right — but we moved forward, solved hard problems, and built capability across risk, finance, and data that will continue to deliver value long after I’ve left. That’s what I’m most proud of. Grateful for the journey and everyone who has been part of it. Excited for the next chapter. Onwards…
