Roald Harvey, MBA posted thisKeeping up with everything happening in AI right now is genuinely hard. The pace is wild — by the time you've caught up on one announcement, three more have dropped. Here's a simple workflow that's been a game-changer for me 👇 I set up a scheduled prompt in Gemini that runs every weekday at 8:30 AM and delivers a 5-minute brief on the most important developments. Think of it as a personal "Chief of Staff" — quietly cutting through the noise on LinkedIn, Reddit, and tech journals so I'm already up to speed before I open my laptop. The prompt structure I'm finding most effective: "Please provide a comprehensive 5 to 7-minute read summary of the most significant [Topic — e.g., FinTech / SaaS / AI] developments over the past week. Scour major tech news, X, LinkedIn thought leaders, and Reddit. Ensure the summary contains 6 to 8 key pieces of information, organized with clear headings, covering: • Industry News & Major Announcements • Practical Guides / How-To for the workplace • Thought Leadership & Notable Perspectives Please provide links for reference." The real unlock is the scheduling. ⏰ Once you've dialed in the output you like, just ask Gemini to "Schedule this as a recurring action" — and your daily brief shows up waiting for you each morning. ☕ It changes your routine from "finding info" to "analyzing signals." That shift compounds faster than you'd think. Swap in your own focus area — Finance, Product, GTM, whatever you're tracking — and give it a run.

Roald Harvey, MBA shared thisMost companies are buying AI tools. Almost none of them have someone dedicated to making sure their people actually know how to use them. Closing that gap is exactly why we’ve created this role. I'm genuinely excited to share that we're looking for an AI Enablement Partner — and I want to be upfront: this is not a standard position. This is one of the most forward-looking roles I've seen emerge in the People/IT space, and it's the kind of opportunity that requires a very special person to fill it: ✅ Is obsessively curious about AI — not just following the news, but experimenting, building, and forming opinions ✅ Has hands-on experience deploying agents, automations, and workflows across real business functions ✅ Knows their way around Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and what's coming next ✅ A natural communicator who can meet people where they are — turning uncertainty about AI into genuine confidence and excitement ✅ Brings structure to ambiguity and moves fast without waiting for a playbook This person will partner cross-functionally across our entire organization — diagnosing where AI can shift cognitive load, building the tools that make it happen, and coaching the people who use them. Think of it kind of like an HRBP role, but for unlocking human + AI potential. If you've been quietly building things, researching models, and waiting for a role that finally matches where you see the world heading — this might be it. 📍 Remote-friendly (Canada/USA) | 🇨🇦 $80K–$120K CAD / 🇺🇸 $80K–$120K USD Drop a comment, DM me, or share with someone who should see this. The right person for this role probably already knows who they are. https://lnkd.in/eZdV3xhT #AI #AIEnablement #FutureOfWork #AIAgents #RemoteWork

Roald Harvey, MBA shared thisThe best #BDRs don't just fill pipelines — they build them with precision. If that's how you think, we should talk. 🚀 We're hiring a Business Development Representative at Athennian 🦉 — and if you've got 2–3 years of outbound experience and want to work at the cutting edge of AI-powered prospecting, keep reading. This isn't your typical BDR role. You'll be: ✅ Running signal-based, omnichannel outbound — email, phone, LinkedIn ✅ Using tools like Clay, HubSpot, and AI-powered workflows to build a repeatable outbound engine ✅ Working hand-in-hand with Marketing and RevOps to act on real intent signals ✅ Actually influencing go-to-market strategy through a structured feedback loop Athennian helps legal, finance, and tax teams manage over a million business entities worldwide. It's a space that's scaling fast — and so is the team. 💰 The comp? Let's talk numbers: 🇨🇦 $85K–$110K base CAD + 20% bonus 🇺🇸 $80K–$90K base USD + 20% bonus Apply here: https://lnkd.in/gkitEA7H #BDR #SDR #SalesDevelopment #OutboundSales #PipelineGeneration

Roald Harvey, MBA shared thisIf you're tired of maintaining legacy infrastructure and want to actually build something that scales — this one's for you. 🚀 We're hiring a DevOps Engineer at Athennian 🦉 , and this role sits at the heart of everything we ship. You'll own real infrastructure decisions — CI/CD pipelines, AWS architecture, Kubernetes, Terraform — working directly alongside an incredible leader (Jeffrey Rego) who's deeply technical and genuinely invested in your growth. This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. You'll be shaping how a fast-growing SaaS platform scales across 150+ countries. ✅ AWS | Kubernetes | Terraform | MongoDB | Docker 💰 $95K–$130K CAD 🏠 Remote-first (Canada & US) 🌴 3+ weeks vacation + winter shutdown + full health benefits If you want autonomy, impact, and a team that moves fast — let's talk. 🔗 Link here: https://lnkd.in/eVfAmkGR #DevOps #RemoteWork #TechJobs #Athennian #EngineeringJobs

Roald Harvey, MBA liked thisRoald Harvey, MBA liked thisToday is a great day for Athennian!! Just closed a complex deal with one of the most respected financial institutions on the street. The reason why i'm so excited about it wasn't because it was pretty sizable, but because we went head-to-head with almost all of the Entity Management systems on the market and was chosen. It came down to our AI vs. their AI + "AI Agents" There was one thing clear after thorough testing - only one system was accurate and not hallucinating. Only one system focused on automation of entity data input. Only one system had the correct permissioning structure that enables responsible and more directed AI use. System infrastructure is critical and I'm hoping there's more education around it for other companies that are beginning to shop for a SaaS platform. It's more important than ever right now, and a sophisticated buyer like this is the proof! #EntityManagement #AI #AutomatedCorporateGovernance

Roald Harvey, MBA liked thisRoald Harvey, MBA liked thisHiring has changed for me. Specifically, the weights. Skills and team fit are still table stakes. What I’ve started indexing much more heavily on, especially for senior CSM roles, is domain expertise. Used to be: if you were sharp, had solid CSM related skill, and got along with the team, we’d teach you the industry. For junior roles, that’s still often the right call. You have the runway to ramp someone, and the work is more process driven. Senior roles are a different conversation. Especially with more complex software. When you’re at a small or midsize company and every hire is strategic, time to impact matters in a way it didn’t three to five years ago. A senior CSM who already knows the customer and the industry isn’t just ramping faster. They’re operating at a different altitude from day one. AI is pushing this further. It’s not eating process work overnight, but the direction is clear. Over time, AI will handle more and more of what we used to spend months training CSMs on. Templates, summaries, prep, data pulls. What AI surfaces is information. What senior CSMs with real domain expertise do is know what to do with it. That’s the combination I’m hiring for right now. Not expertise instead of skills. Expertise as the thing I’m willing to pay a real premium for, especially at the senior end.

Roald Harvey, MBA liked thisRoald Harvey, MBA liked thisThe Future of HR Tech Won’t Look Like HR Tech HR technology is moving beyond portals, persona journeys, and experience layers. As AI becomes the operating engine of people functions, the next frontier is not prettier screens—it is invisible intelligence embedded into work. Recent design thinking echoes this shift: UI/UX has evolved from static pages, to structured interfaces, to user experience, and now toward AI-led conversational and intent-based systems where users describe what they need and software executes the task. That has major implications for HR. Instead of asking employees to navigate menus, forms, and portals, HR services will increasingly appear directly where work happens: • Learning prompts inside sales workflows • Hiring actions inside collaboration tools • Manager coaching inside planning tools • Career mobility recommendations during project staffing The future HR interface may not look like HR software at all. This also creates a new design challenge: HR systems will need to serve two users simultaneously. Humans need empathy, transparency, and trust. AI agents need clean logic, structured rules, permissions, and data signals. As Forbes notes, AI reduces traditional navigation but can also increase cognitive load if poorly designed. That means successful HR tech must combine automation with clarity and human control. Trust becomes the real UI: • Clear expectations of what AI can and cannot do • Recommendations, not false certainty • Easy override and appeals • Transparent reasoning behind decisions The HR capability shift is equally important. HR leaders will need strengths in: • Workflow architecture • AI interaction design • Algorithmic governance • Experience orchestration • Change leadership We are moving through three eras: Efficiency → digitized HR processes Experience → better journeys and portals Intelligence → AI embedded into decisions and workflows The winners in HR Tech won’t be the vendors with the nicest dashboard. They’ll be the ones employees barely notice—because intelligence shows up exactly when needed, inside the flow of work. https://lnkd.in/eFpZHr-k

Lean Learning Collective

Most onboarding is designed for HR. Not for learning. That’s why it takes months for new hires to feel confident. The Lean Learning Collective’s guide on AI-guided onboarding lays out a better model: https://lnkd.in/eRTdsE6p Here’s why Lean Learning Collective is building AI solutions for these pain points: Because SMEs are getting crushed by operational friction. Admin work, fragmented tools, inconsistent training, and managers fielding the same questions all day. Their mission is to make advanced AI practical and scalable, so teams can streamline operations, cut costs, and grow, by combining AI efficiency with human creativity, not replacing people. The big shift: Stop giving everyone the same onboarding. Start giving each person the onboarding they need. Here’s a practical way to apply what the article recommends: 1. Define proficiency (per role) What does “fully productive” mean in outputs, quality, and speed? 2. Build adaptive learning paths Use AI to skip what someone already knows and accelerate what they don’t. 3. Add an AI assistant Benefits, policies, IT support, “where do I find…?” questions. Reduce the constant interruptions. 4. Measure three KPI’s Reduction in support requests 30/60/90-day new hire satisfaction Time-to-proficiency The point isn’t to add more tools. It’s to create faster confidence. And confidence becomes output. If you rebuilt onboarding from scratch, what’s the first thing you’d remove?

AI coworkers are no longer a future concept - they are becoming part of real organizations. Anthropic’s new Claude Co-Worker plugins for HR, banking, and design show how AI is evolving from tools into operational collaborators. This is not just another AI release. It is a signal that the workplace is shifting toward AI-native workflows. The real shift is: ✔ From learning AI concepts → building AI workflows ✔ From using AI tools → collaborating with AI agents ✔ From prompt engineering → agent orchestration ✔ From AI literacy → AI workforce readiness Organizations are beginning to integrate AI into daily operations. But the real question is: Will talent evolve as fast as technology? The next generation of professionals will not just use AI. They will design, manage, and collaborate with AI agents. Founder’s View According to our Founder, Mr. Ramkumar Manoharan, is an AI expert with over 17 years of experience in Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning: "AI coworkers will soon become a standard part of every organization. The real competitive advantage will not come from using AI tools, but from building teams that understand how to design and work with AI agents." At TensorLearners, we focus on preparing students and professionals for this transition - from AI users to AI builders. I'll let you in on a secret. Most L&D teams are hemorrhaging top talent before they even start because their onboarding is a mind-numbing checklist of paperwork and boring PowerPoints. → The real cost? Up to $25,000 per lost employee and countless hours of wasted potential. Your new hires are craving an experience that makes them feel valued, equipped, and excited about their role. They want immersive learning that speaks their language—interactive, personalized, and meaningful. Here's how high-performing organizations are rebuilding onboarding from the ground up: By creating experiences that engage, not just inform. Think bite-sized learning modules, AI-powered role play scenarios, and virtual environments that turn first-day jitters into first-week momentum. The data is crystal clear: Companies with strong onboarding improve new hire retention by 82% and productivity by 70%. But traditional approaches? They're leaving massive performance gaps wide open. Get the 5-step immersive onboarding framework that top L&D teams are using to win talent

Why Your Recognition Program is Failing Your Field Teams (And How to Fix It) Your company probably has an employee recognition program. Awards ceremonies. Digital badges. Shoutouts in all-hands meetings. But here's the problem: None of that reaches the technician on a utility pole, the crew pouring concrete at 6 AM, or the service team bouncing between job sites all day. Field and on-site workers are often the backbone of operations, yet they're the most overlooked when it comes to recognition. The result? Higher turnover, weaker safety cultures, and teams that feel invisible. The disconnect is real: • Traditional platforms assume desk jobs and constant computer access • Recognition happens in conference rooms field workers never see • Rewards don't match the realities of their work and lives • By the time great work gets noticed, the moment has passed Here's what actually works: • Mobile-first everything – Recognition via text and apps they can access during breaks, not platforms requiring desktop logins • Real-time appreciation – Empower supervisors to recognize on the spot, right from the job site, while the achievement is still fresh • Rewards that resonate – Cash cards, gas cards, quality work gear, and practical rewards field workers actually value • Recognize what matters – Safety behaviors, productivity, quality work, and team collaboration in ways specific to field realities • Build visibility – Share photos, videos, and stories of field achievements so the whole company sees the great work being done The companies getting this right see remarkable results: stronger retention, better safety records, and crews that genuinely take pride in their work. Your field teams deserve more than recognition programs designed for office workers and adapted as an afterthought. They deserve recognition built for their reality. Read the full article on building recognition programs that actually work for field and on-site crews - https://lnkd.in/g_uzEFNx What recognition approaches have worked best for your field teams? How to Leverage Your HRIS Data for Flawless Commission Payouts Commission errors often start with one simple mistake: paying the wrong person. The integrity of your ICM system depends on a perfect handshake with your HRIS. Employee data, job titles, start dates, terminations, and organizational hierarchy are the most foundational inputs to any Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) calculation. If this data is inaccurate or delayed, the entire payment cycle collapses, regardless of the sophistication of the commission engine. The Critical Data Points (Must be Mastered): 1- Employee ID & Status: Crucial for managing payouts for new hires (pro-rating) and terminations. 2- Job Title/Role: Essential for assigning the correct compensation plan. 3- Organizational Hierarchy: Required for manager splits, overrides, and roll-up reporting. 4- Transfer Date: Critical for handling territory or role transfers mid-cycle to ensure accurate credit allocation. Architecture for Integrity: Ackle Consulting designs the data flow to ensure HRIS data is treated as a high-integrity, mastered domain: 1- API-Driven Sync: Secure, automated APIs replace manual file transfers, ensuring real-time updates as soon as an employee's status changes in the HRIS. 2- Data Validation: Logic is built into the integration layer to validate that the HRIS role maps correctly to a qualified compensation plan in the SPM system. 3- Auditability: Every change to an employee record (e.g., a transfer) is logged and time-stamped, providing an unbreakable audit trail for payroll and compliance purposes. Flawless integration with HRIS minimizes payroll risk and simplifies compliance. Finance can trust that the commission file sent to payroll accurately reflects the current status of the employee population, minimizing the need for last-minute reconciliation and manual checks. Treat the HRIS/ICM integration not as a technical pipe, but as a governance firewall. Ensure the data is not only moving fast but moving cleanly and accurately into your compensation engine. Ready to automate your HRIS data flow? Contact us through this form: https://lnkd.in/dWfVnGqi #HRISIntegration #ICM #PayrollRisk #DataIntegrity #RevOps

HR Leaders keep asking me about AI, and I've noticed a pattern. The hesitation isn't really about the tech. It's about trust. 👉 "Where does our employee data go?" 👉 "Is it safe?" That's why tools like Copilot or SAP Joule are so interesting - they keep all your information securely inside your organisation. Once that security box is ticked, leaders start to see the upside: ✅ AI agents that triage common HR queries, freeing up teams for higher-value work ✅ Data consolidation that cuts through silos ✅ More time spent on people, less time lost in the process Curious - what's the biggest blocker you're hearing in your organisation when it comes to AI and HR? #HR #AI #FutureOfWork #PeopleAndCulture #RockSpiro

The HR Dashboard’s Blind Spot: Navigating the 2026 AI Noise. Is your HR tech stack making your decisions clearer—or cloudier? By 2026, AI will be embedded in every corner of HR, from agent bots to automated onboarding. But as RFPs get "flooded" with AI features, a new problem is emerging: The Signal-to-Noise Problem. At Sapience, we believe data can identify the what, but it takes human judgment to understand the why. A dashboard can flag a pattern, but it can’t tell the difference between: 🔹 Burnout vs. A lack of engagement. 🔹 Pushback vs. A fear of change. 🔹 High Potential vs. A polished exterior. The next generation of HR leaders won't stand out because they mastered a tool—they’ll stand out because they used technology to amplify their judgment, not outsource it. #HRTech #FutureOfWork #AI #SapienceHCM #Leadership #HumanResources

Only 22% of employees get the right amount of recognition. The other 78%? They're quietly watching for their next opportunity. Most HR teams know recognition matters. But here's what separates programs that work from expensive initiatives nobody uses: Measurement. Here is a comprehensive guide to the 25 employee recognition metrics that actually move the needle on retention, engagement, and ROI. Inside, you'll find: ▪ The 5 participation metrics that predict whether your program will survive past year one ▪ How to measure recognition equity and catch systematic gaps before they become retention risks ▪ The turnover comparison that proves whether recognition is saving you money or just burning budget ▪ Why "great job!" recognition is functionally useless (and what specificity scores reveal instead) ▪ A phased implementation approach so you're not drowning in dashboards The research is clear: organizations that measure recognition strategically see 24-31% lower turnover, 17% higher productivity, and $16M+ annual savings at scale. But only if you track what matters. Recognition without metrics is hope. Recognition with the right KPIs is strategy. What if the best fuel for your AI learning simulation isn’t more data, it’s the lived experience of your people? Too often, organizations look outside for answers when the real insights are already within. At Blueline, our AI-powered simulations are built on authentic intelligence—the practical wisdom, challenges, and stories that come directly from your workforce. Our discovery process helps us surface what AI can’t see: the gray areas, assumptions, and human nuances that make or break performance. The result: 👉 Simulations grounded in real-world challenges 👉 Learning that feels relevant and personal 👉 Change that sticks because it’s built on lived experience Before you design with AI, start by listening to the people who live the work.

Employee experience isn’t rocket science. In fact, it’s built on the same golden principle that governs all human relationships: you get what you give. In this video, I share why EX is really about respect, reciprocity, and meeting each other’s needs. No policy, paycheque, or contract can override this truth. When companies start leading from this space, employee engagement and workplace culture transform. #EmployeeExperience #EmployeeEngagement #HR #FutureOfWork #LustraEX
