π Inbox API β Now Available
Your social inbox is now available through the API. Read and reply to comments, manage DM conversations, handle Google Business Profile reviews, organize with tags, and triage incoming items. Everything you do in the Inbox dashboard can now be done programmatically.
Here's what's now available:
- Comments β Read, reply to, delete, hide, and like comments across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Messages β List messages, send text and media replies, delete messages, and manage bookmarks in direct message threads across Facebook and Instagram.
- Items β List and triage inbox items, mark as done, pending, read, or archived, assign to team members, apply tags, and add internal notes.
- Reviews β Reply to and delete replies on Google Business Profile reviews.
- Tags β Create, update, delete, and merge inbox tags to keep your inbox organized.

β‘ Auto-Scale billing for Social Accounts
Need to connect more social accounts than your plan allows? Instead of upgrading your entire plan or waiting on support, Auto-Scale handles it for you. When your team hits the social account limit, new slots are added automatically and billed to your subscription. No interruptions, no bottlenecks.
Here's how it works:
- Automatic expansion β When your team reaches the social account limit, additional slots are added instantly without any manual action.
- Email notifications β You'll receive an email every time a new account is auto-added, so you always know what's being billed.
Go to Billing & Plan -> Auto-scale limits
π First Comment Filter in Publisher
You can now filter posts in the Publisher by their first comment status. Quickly spot posts where the first comment was published successfully, partially failed, or failed. No more scrolling through everything to catch and fix issues.
β¨ Customize Caption with AI
Writing different captions for each platform is tedious. Now you don't have to. When you toggle "Customize with AI" in the composer, ContentStudio's AI will automatically generate a tailored caption for each platform you've selected. Instagram gets something short and hashtag-friendly, LinkedIn gets a longer professional take, Facebook gets something conversational, and so on. Each caption is optimized for how that platform's audience actually reads and engages.
π§ More API Updates
- Update a Post β You can now update posts that haven't been published yet via the API. Edit content, reschedule, change accounts, or modify approval settings using the same payload as Create Post.
- Remove a Social Account β Disconnect a connected social account from your workspace programmatically. No need to visit the dashboard.
- LinkedIn Carousel Posting β You can now publish LinkedIn carousel posts through the API. Include multiple images or PDF slides as part of your Create Post payload.
Improvements and Fixes
- Posts shared from a Global Content Category can now be edited or deleted directly from the workspace they were published to. Each distributed post is linked back to its original source, so the right post gets updated or removed every time.
- You can now add notes to any file in your media library. Each note shows who wrote it, and all changes are logged in the activity history.
- You can now schedule AI-generated content straight from where you created it, without opening it in the Composer first. Works across AI Studio, Video Clips, AI Content Library, and other supported areas.
- When you generate multiple images in AI Chat, they now show up in a swipeable carousel instead of a cluttered list. Much easier to preview, browse, and pick the one you want.
- We've fixed how posts are shown when they succeed on some accounts but fail on others. These now correctly display as "Partially Failed" instead of a misleading status. Works in planner filters and notifications too.
