No. DataOn’s 15th Annual HR Conference 2025 is an exclusive on-site event held at the Tribrata Darmawangsa, South Jakarta. All sessions, exhibitions, and networking moments are designed for in-person engagement, enabling participants to connect, collaborate, and experience meaningful discussions directly.
How can I participate in DataOn’s 15th Annual HR Conference 2025?
You can participate in the conference as either an invited guest or a public registrant through our official conference page at dataon.com/conference.
- Invited Participants – If you receive a voucher code from our sales and Business Development team, you can use it during registration to redeem your complimentary ticket.
- Public Registration – Limited paid tickets are available. When you click “Register Now,” you will be redirected to Goers for secure registration and payment.
Notes: One ticket eligible for one person. Please review Terms & Conditions at checkout. A confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your e-ticket/QR will be sent after successful registration.
How do I purchase tickets?
All participants, Invited or Public Registrations must register DataOn Conference Ticket individually at dataon.com/conference.
I have a voucher code, how do I use it?
If you receive a voucher code from our Sales and Business Development Team, you can redeem it as your complimentary ticket by following these steps:
- Visit the official conference page at dataon.com/conference and click “Register Now.”
- Select your ticket type, then click “Buy Ticket.”
- Fill in your details such as email, full name, and phone number. Please use your business email for verification.
- Submit your voucher code under the total price. If a green information “Voucher Code Applied” appears and the total changes to FREE, congratulations! Your voucher has been successfully redeemed.
- Click the “Continue” button to finish your ticket registration. Your e-ticket and QR code will be sent to your email and WhatsApp.
- Present your e-ticket and QR code at registration on November 6, 2025.
Notes: One ticket per person. Review Terms & Conditions at checkout. A confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your e-ticket/QR will be sent after successful registration.
Can I purchase tickets from another platform?
No. Tickets are only available through our official page at dataon.com/conference. Purchases made through any other platform or reseller are not authorized by the organizer.
How many tickets can one person purchase?
Each person can purchase only one ticket, using their own personal information. If you are attending as a group, please make individual registrations.
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
Unfortunately, we do not offer on-site ticket sales. Tickets are available exclusively at dataon.com/conference. The registration closing date will be announced on our website and social media.
Can I request a refund for my ticket?
No, we do not offer refunds for purchased tickets unless there is a force majeure event

Do I need to print my e-ticket?
No, you don’t need to print it. Simply show the QR code from your e-ticket on your handphone at the registration desk, and our team will assist you with the check-in process.
What’s the difference between the Early Bird and General Ticket?
The only difference is the price. Early Bird tickets offer a discounted rate for participants who register before the specified deadline. General Tickets apply once the Early Bird period ends.
What are the conference rules?
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note the following regulations:
- All participants must wear their official ID badge at all times in the conference area.
- The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Please help maintain cleanliness in all conference areas.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (conference rooms & exhibition hall).
- The organizer reserves the right to take photos and videos during the event. By attending, participants agree to appear in official DataOn Conference publications.
- Participant data may be shared with official event partners.
- Promotion of products or services without official approval from the organizer is not allowed.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
