The VML ensures that all personnel have access to core, essential resources regardless of duty station. While on the DHA network, no login is necessary to access any library resources. The MWR DOD libraries offer resources in general academics, medical test-prep materials, do-it-yourself projects, fiction, and others not found in the VML. These resources are available to active duty service members, dependents, and DoD employees. All you need is your DoD ID and date of birth.
