Farfetch membership can be categorised into five levels:

Bronze members will receive a first-time user Farfetch discount code to claim on their first order. They can also claim a special discount from Farfetch during their birthday month and whenever it holds a Private Sale. You can then upgrade to a Silver member by spending at least £1,000. This unlocks free shipping to any address worldwide for your first two orders and more exclusive discounts on selected brands or pieces. Being a Gold member will allow you to purchase limited edition collections from selected designer brands; to be a Gold member, spend at least £2,000.

Once you have spent at least £5,000, you will become a Platinum member, receive priority customer care, and have your return extended to 280 days instead of 14 days. Lastly, the most premium membership of all, the "Private Client," can be unlocked once you have spent at least £10,000. Farfetch will provide you with a personal stylist and then be your fashion concierge; tell them what you need, and they will look it out for you.
