Some common use cases:

  • Bloggers who want to embed videos in their posts.
  • Course creators who need playlists with progress tracking.
  • Marketers who want to capture emails or add calls to action inside the video player.

How It Works (the Big Picture)

Here is the typical workflow:

  1. Install the plugin (free, and Pro if needed). See Installation.
  2. Add a video under FluentPlayer → Media. Choose your video source and configure the player. See Adding and Editing Videos or the Managing Your Media overview.
  3. Embed it on any page or post using a shortcode or Gutenberg block. See Embedding Your Player. For every option in the Block sidebar (including the dedicated Add Media editor), see Player Editor.
  4. Customize the look and behavior with presets, skins, and branding. See Player Customization.
  5. Convert viewers with email capture and CTAs. See Engagement & Conversion.
  6. Go further with playlists, Mux or BunnyCDN, and analytics. See Playlists and Integrations.
