- Drop to the center of the starting room and go to the north door. Lower a wall to the west to get a chainsaw. (sector 69)
- Drop to the center of the starting room and go towards the northeast window (which has the yellow key). In order to get this secret, you need to position yourself underneath the window, face northeast, and press use. If you do it right, a door will open. Take the north door and use the switch to the east to lower the lift. Ride up to see an open teleporter to the south. (sector 93)
- The teleporter will take you to a megasphere. (sector 603)
- In the sewer area, head to the south side where six cages are. Enter the middle one at the north wall and open the back wall to find a megaarmor. (sector 322)
- In the brick room surrounded by the sewers, find the blood fountain and use the back wall to find a BFG9000. (sector 540)
- After getting the blue key, return to the gray room north of the brick room and head east to a backpack and health bonuses. (sector 396)
