Robocop Doom: Prime Directives is a 12-level total conversion for Doom II and the GZDoom/UZDoom source ports, developed by Mike MacDee (Impie) and released in April 2026. It is a sequel to Robocop Doom and attempts to recreate the Canadian miniseries of the same name.

Story[edit]

Each mod episode follows the plot of each series episode with intermission screen text informing the player of the plot, with certain creative liberties taken.

Content[edit]

Weapons[edit]

Along with weapons from the original Robocop Doom a new weapon has been added:

  • System Support Debug Cannon - replaces the plasma rifle from the original Robocop Doom and fires five powerful plasma balls.

Enemies[edit]

The enemies from the original Robocop Doom return with some new ones.

Criminal (minor)[edit]

  • Da Bomzz: A terrorist group with bombs strapped to their chest. They will try to blow themselves up near the player, but will also blow up when killed which can cause damage to nearby enemies.
  • System Support Refurbishers: They will try to rush the player with their chainsaws.
  • System Support Goons: Upgraded OCP Spooks wielding plasma rifles. They are louder than their counterpart but just as deadly.
  • Tek Ghost: Fast, plasma-shooting women in stealth suits being only fully visible while attacking.
  • Ghoul Cop: Disfigured zombie cops that OCP have tried to turn into cyborgs. They wield the same Auto-9 as Robocop and will fire in short bursts.

Criminal (major)[edit]

  • Bone Machine: Equipped with Phalanx Bio-Booster Armour, Bone Machine will blast the player with powerful plasma rounds and explosive shots.
  • RoboCable: John T. Cable has suffered the same dark fate as Robocop. Now wielding Gatling guns he will shoot multiple burst fire rounds or two explosive shots.
  • Captain Carver: Wielding a System Support Debug Cannon he will shoot two plasma balls at the player. Later on he is suited up and will fire explosive rounds at the player.
  • Ann R. Key: Using the same cloaking technology as the Tek Ghosts she will try surprise the player with a barrage of plasma rounds.
  • James Murphy: OCP has turned Robocop's own son against him. Using a System Support Debug Cannon he will fire two plasma rounds. He must be neutralized peacefully.
  • Damian Lowe and Sara Cable: Similar to Bone Machine both are equipped with Phalanx Bio-Booster Armour and will fire a volley of powerful plasma rounds and explosive shots.

OCP robots[edit]

  • Saint Drone: Upgraded OCP Drones that shoot powerful plasma rounds and will explode on death.
  • ED-300: A bronze version of ED-209 that will fire explosive shots or multiple plasma rounds.
  • Saint: The main AI of OCP, will spawn multiple OCP robots in-order to defend its Core.
  • RoboCain: Little is known about what happened after RoboCain was defeated but there are rumors that a Cyber Shop has repaired him and has given him some upgrades.

Other notes[edit]

  • In the demo, the System Support Refurbisher originally used dialogue from one of The Innocentz from Manhunt. It was changed in the final release to catchphrases and laughter of the Scout from Team Fortress 2, with The Innocentz voice lines being repurposed for the Gimp enemy in Impie's Dirty Pair Mod.
