Under Neith is a single-player map for Doom, requiring a limit removing source port. The map was created by Owen "Sarge Baldy" Lloyd and features textures by Nick "NiGHTMARE" Baker as well as the level's author. It was released on 24 January 2005, and is the sequel to Neith.
As the title suggests, the map takes place under the surface of the imaginary moon Neith, and as a result it is darker atmospherically than its prequel. Though the map follows Neith in making use of the berserk pack, it does so to a somewhat lesser extent. The map structure is also far less linear. Though some found this made the map too mazy, it was nevertheless well-received, winning "wad of the week" honors in The /newstuff Chronicles #218[1] as well as being the first map to receive Darren Finch (Doom Dude)'s Level of the Day accolade[2].

Secrets[edit]
- In a room south of the shotgun which has imps and barrels, there is a switch at the north end which lowers a wall to the southeast, which has medikits and partial invisibility. (sector 285)
- Head west from the yellow key, then north and use the wall where the armor bonuses are to find a box of rockets and a rocket launcher. (sector 341)
- In the hall west of the blue key room, use the north terminal and take the nearby lift up to a soul sphere. (sector 498)
- In the area with water and six health bonuses, enter the water to the west and pick up a megaarmor. (sector 620)
- In the southeast room with two stimpacks, use the east wall where the stimpack on the right is to find a hidden switch. This will open a wall to the east, which leads to a medikit and steps to a plasma gun and energy cells. (sector 709)
