We bring expertise to organisations in STEM, helping them evaluate, challenge, and strengthen their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategies. Our work enables organisations to effectively review, learn and improve their working practices in relation to acquiring, retaining, and progressing talent from diverse backgrounds.
In collaboration with universities and colleges, we assist in recruiting student champions and empower them through a series of personal and professional development activities designed to support equitable progression in STEM.
