cleanup: make arch_msize_long static
This variable is used to set 'size_t_ctype' with the option
'-msize-long'. Code that cares should directly use size_t_ctype,
not 'arch_msize_long'.
To be sure that some random code doesn't use 'arch_msize_long',
make it local to "lib.c".
