doc: show the ToC in the sidebar
With the configured theme, 'classic', the table of contents
didn't show up in the sidebar.
It seems it was because 'html_sidebars' was partially set in
conf.py, overhidding the theme defaults.
Fix this by removing 'html_sidebars' from the config.
