memops: remove obsolete comment
The comment above rewrite_load_instruction(), about comparing phi-lists
for equality, was (most probably) written when there was some intention
to do CSE on phi-nodes or phi-sources.
However, such CSE is currently not an objective at all.
So, remove this comment.
