doc: set primary domain to C
This doesn't change much but allows to be a bit more lazy and
write
.. <directive>::
.. code-block::
instead od
.. c:<directive>::
.. code-block:: c
I understood that this should also show in the index "... (function)"
instead of "... (C function)" but this doesn't seems to be the case.
