chore: bump version to 1.1.0

fix: Linux file open from Nemo and add install script

- Fix argv parsing gated on win32 only — Linux now correctly reads the
  file path passed on launch (double-click or right-click → open)
- Add install.sh: downloads latest AppImage from GitHub, extracts it
  (no libfuse needed), wires up .desktop entry and MIME associations
- Bump version to 1.0.1

feat: PDF page size picker and export saves to source file directory
