Bug Description
The problem is when using the Board layout.
I have four groups: To Do, Waiting, Doing, and Done.
To Do have about 35 cards. Waiting has about 7 cards. Doing has about 5 cards. There are probably over 100 cards in Done.
When I start AppFlowy, Waiting is not shown. Usually several cards disappear as well.
If I switch layout to something else and switch back to Board layout, sometimes all four groups and all cards appear again, sometimes not.
How to Reproduce
I suspect that maybe there is a heuristic algorithm in your codes that AppFlowy doesn't go through all of the cards, but rather the first x number of cards when deciding how many groups there are?
To reproduce, use Board layout. If you add say the first 200 cards to 3 groups. Then you add maybe 3 cards to a 4th group. Close AppFlowy. Open it up. And see if the 4th group appears.
It may be a bug from the server side. I didn't upgrade AppFlowy for maybe almost 1 year. Then the problem started. I upgraded AppFlowy to 0.11.9, 0.12.1, 0.12.2, and 0.12.4. The problem persisted.

I expect all groups and all cards to appear.
