Add Arabic translations and update other locales

Added a new Arabic strings.xml for Salt Player and updated translations for German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Kurdish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and the default locale. This improves localization coverage and accuracy across supported languages.

Add new translation strings for playlist and track management

Added multiple new strings to the Indonesian, Russian, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese translation files, including support for playlist editing, unreadable track handling, lyrics alignment, and other UI elements. Also fixed an HTML entity in the Indonesian translation.

Add Media Kit project link to README

Included a link to the Media Kit project, describing its purpose for Android media services and notification management, alongside other related projects.
