Quick summary

I am working on a WordPress project that I have files in the mu-plugins folder. I exported the site from Studio using the built-in Export entire site, in order to import and work on the project on another computer. When the site finished import, much of the site was broken; on further investigation, the PHP files I wrote and placed in mu-plugins were not included in the import, and the mu-plugins folder was not present in the ZIP file exported. Also the fonts folder was not included in the export.

Steps to reproduce

1. In Studio, select an existing site with custom files in mu-plugins and fonts folders.
2. Navigate to Import/Export
3. Click Export entire site button, select a folder location and enter file name for export file, and click Save.
4. When export is complete, view contents of compressed folder. "fonts" and "mu-plugins" folders are missing.

What you expected to happen

I expected entire wp-content folder to be included in export.

Significant files were missing from export file
