Primarily, to allow users to remap fn+left win by remapping right win in the OS. For example, they may often use an external keyboard featuring a right win key, which they have remapped, and they want to use that functionality when away from the external keyboard also.

Allows users to customize the behavior of fn+win
by remapping right win in the OS.
