4. Identity Unit Tests (apis/bigqueryreservation/v1alpha1/bigqueryreservationbireservation_identity_test.go): Wrote 100% successful unit tests validating format parsing and spec identity resolution.
5. Direct Controller (pkg/controller/direct/bigqueryreservation/bigqueryreservationbireservation_controller.go): Implemented the directbase.Model and directbase.Adapter reconcilers for BigQueryReservationBiReservation. Added singleton handling (Get + Update pattern) with diff mask updates.
6. MockGCP Handler (mockgcp/mockbigqueryreservation/reservation.go): Added mock handlers for GetBiReservation and UpdateBiReservation.
7. Static Config (pkg/controller/resourceconfig/static_config.go): Registered BigQueryReservationBiReservation as a direct-only controller.
8. Test Fixtures (pkg/test/resourcefixture/testdata/basic/bigqueryreservation/v1alpha1/bigqueryreservationbireservation/): Scaffolded the initial basic test manifests.
