This PR verifies and confirms that MockGCP HTTP logs for
NetworkSecurityMirroringEndpointGroupAssociationare fully aligned with Real GCP golden logs (_http.log). All test fixtures (networksecuritymirroringendpointgroupassociation-minimalandnetworksecuritymirroringendpointgroupassociation-maximal) underpkg/test/resourcefixture/testdata/basic/networksecurity/v1alpha1/networksecuritymirroringendpointgroupassociation/pass golden log alignment and E2E simulation tests. Addedmocknetworksecurityservice creation unit test inmockgcp/mocknetworksecurity/service_test.go.Fixes #13660
