The Secure Coding Practices Quick Reference Guide project contains checklists that can be used as a basis for the checklists we want in the Developer Guide
It would be good to migrate these checklists to the Developer Guide - possibly as an appendix - and using the OWASP Proactive Controls as a framework for the checklist
