Hi there! I’m Osama (Sam), a DevOps/Cloud engineer.
I build reliable infrastructure for fast-moving teams: Kubernetes, containers, clouds (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, monitoring, cost-optimization, and all the “make it stable but still ship fast” glue in between. I’ve worked in big tech, startups, open-source, and research environments (including CERN), typically as the person who takes complex systems and makes them leaner, modern, cloud-native, observable, and cost-aware.
I enjoy digging into problems end-to-end: from infrastructure and automation to developer experience and a bit of backend when needed. Lately, I’ve been particularly interested in the overlap between DevOps, agentic AI (LLM-powered automation), and data platforms.
I’m a curious human who likes sharing knowledge, helping teammates, and building things that actually get used.
