I'm Chris Lloyd-Jones! I'm the Vice President of AI Consulting Transformation at Kyndryl, a six-time Microsoft MVP in AI, and a Data.D candidate in Data Science at the University of East London, researching Green AI. I bridge AI transformation with enterprise governance, sustainability, and open source.

• I created and lead Kyndryl's Forward Deployed Engineering capability - engineers who build with clients, scaling to 22,000 engineers.
• 🔭 I'm currently working on AI governance, explainability frameworks, and building AI maturity assessment tools.
• 🌱 I'm researching sustainable LLMs and SLMs as part of my Doctoral research in Green AI.
• 🔌 I'm building MCP servers that give AI assistants access to real-world communication and productivity tools.
• I contributed to ISO/IEC 21031:2024 (Software Carbon Intensity) through the Green Software Foundation, where I served as Steering Committee Vice-Chair.

I build Model Context Protocol servers that give AI assistants access to real-world communication and productivity tools.

• mcp-whatsapp - Single-binary Go MCP server for WhatsApp with 41 tools (messaging, groups, polls, media, privacy)
