Description

When I add responsive styling via the Editor > Styles > Blocks > Title for mobile, it would be great if the save confirmation modal mentioned that those changes happen to be done on the mobile state.
The current copy suggests that the changes were done to the title block but not which state.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

• Go to Editor > Styles > Blocks > Title
• Select the State from the drop-down
• Make a color or Font change
• Hit the save button to read the confirmation screen
