Updates the locked version of wp-coding-standards/wpcs to 3.4.1, including any transitive PHPCS/PHPCSUtils/PHPCSExtra bumps required by it.

The composer.json constraint already allows 3.4.1, so only composer.lock changes.

Local phpcs verification timed out on this repo, so please rely on CI to confirm no new violations.

Part of an org-wide sweep to get all repos onto WPCS 3.4.1.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Regenerates composer.lock. The version constraint already allows 3.4.1,
so no composer.json change is needed.

The E2E failure (post-type-admin.spec.ts › hierarchical post type, WP trunk shard 4/4) reproduces deterministically on this branch but can't be caused by this diff — it only touches dev dependencies (phpcs tooling), which don't ship in the plugin build. The suite targets WordPress trunk, which has moved since this repo's last green E2E run on July 21, so this looks like WP-trunk drift that would equally fail on this repo's trunk today. Re-running E2E on trunk would confirm.
