If I understand the translation workflow correctly based on translations.md, I think we should ensure every modified locale file retains an up-to-date copy of the original English content in HTML comments. Defining this as an agents.md instruction should take care of it.
In this PR, The Italian and Tagalog resources pages omit that source entirely, while the Bengali, Spanish, French, Gujarati, Japanese, and Brazilian Portuguese pages contain source blocks that were not updated with the resources added by this PR.
