- WhatsApp Automation Platform — omnichannel messaging (broadcasts, scheduled sends, multi-step drip campaigns) on a Kafka + Redis async fan-out with idempotency for reliable delivery to 100K+ recipients per broadcast.
- White-Label Google Business Platform — automated reviews, posts, locations, and performance insights for agency clients; full Google Business / Review API integration with OAuth2 token refresh, AI-generated posts, and auto review-replies on a credit-based model.
- Platform scaling (10x) — grew 1K → 10K+ tenants via Redis caching, query/index optimization, HikariCP pooling, Kafka async offloading, and Nginx load balancing.
- TaskCRM — microservices CRM (employees, sales, customers, billing) with role-based access, Netflix Eureka service discovery behind an API gateway, multiple payment gateways, Spring Security + JWT, and Docker.
- HelpDesk — multi-department ticketing with status workflows, assignment, and real-time notifications over REST APIs.
