Refresh the embedded epoch checkpoints so a fresh node can skip replaying the log values of all already-finalized epochs when building the filtermaps log index. Mainnet extends from epoch 2477 (block 85691799) to 3087 (block 114446835), chapel from 107 (block 94193398) to 136 (block 123072804). Append-only; existing entries are untouched. Refresh the embedded filtermaps epoch checkpoints for BSC mainnet and Chapel, up to (near) current head.
Rationale
checkpoints_bsc_*.jsonlets a node start the log index at the latest checkpoint instead of replaying the log values of every finalized epoch. The last refresh (#3585) stopped at mainnet block 85691799, ~150 days of chain ago, so a fresh sync was re-rendering 610 epochs it does not have to.Example
