Some nice CSS edits to the home page.
Targets navbar links for better underlining and turns the courses and library links on the home page - into clickable boxes with some nice, subtle css transitions.
This edit polishes the website landing page, has better nav link hovers and underlines across all pages - whilst maintaining the website's unique style.
