Codify the workflow rules for Claude agents working in this fork: pragmatic TDD, conventional commits, feature-branch + PR against buzzmonitor/gmail:master, bin/precommit before declaring done, no silent failures, and explicit handling of the remotes layout (origin/fork/upstream) so upstream never receives pushes by accident. PR titles and bodies in this fork are written in pt-BR while code, commits, and paths remain in English.
