I required the ability to specify the account under which the service account should be executed which is supported in newer versions of winsw.
This involves a minor modification to the service specification xml generation but I also had to replace the /bin/winsw/x64 executable to a newer version. I opted for 1.19.1 from http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/com/sun/winsw/winsw/
