Describe the bug
In the level "Delta Labs - Unknown" the red light appears and disappears constantly. I'm not sure if that is part of the level or a bug. However when it disappears the foggy mist in the level does so too, which looks like a bug to me.

• start the level "Delta Labs - Unknown" in RoE: dhewm3 +set fs_game d3xp +map game/deltax

Expected and actual behavior
Fog shouldn't disappear.
