This PR adds support for extracting chart data from PowerPoint presentations in the
docling/backend/mspowerpoint_backend.pybackend. The main enhancement is the introduction of a new method to handle charts, allowing the backend to capture chart metadata and series data alongside tables and images.Issue resolved by this Pull Request:
