Backend engineer focused on building reliable, boring-in-a-good-way systems. I work mostly in Go, and yes, I have pushed a breaking change at 2am before.
- Go — primary language, most of my serious projects live here
- Python — scripting, quick tooling, the occasional data wrangling
- Shell — glue code and automation
- Infra/DevOps — Docker, Linux, CI pipelines, the usual suspects
Lately I've been building CLI tools and poking at infrastructure automation. I find the overlap between backend systems and DevOps more interesting than either one alone.
Currently learning more about distributed systems internals — reading a lot, breaking things in test environments.

If you're reading this, the README is probably the most up-to-date thing in this profile.
