Sublime has there default Icons in SublimeText.app/Content/Resources, but they are in icns format which terminal-notifier and growl cannot use. So include the png files. Enable large size for OSX as I am so far only sure it can handle images that size. Once I can verify other systems, I can push larger sizes. On Windows, I will try to use Sublimes official ico file. We'll see how that goes.

Fix issue where we couldn't use
-sender. Also add Sublime Icons for messages.
