Detailed Problem Description

This issue is to track all of the issues that block the use of bfcache.

Currently bfcache usage is blocked by the following known issues:

• IndexedDB connections must be closed so bfcache works #6167
• FR: WebSockets left open on pagehide prevent use of back/forward cache on Chrome #8845

Please upvote this issue if you, too, would like the Firebase JS SDK to support bfcache.
