To improve successful deployments and emulation of large codebases, especially on underpowered machines, customers can now set the timeout of the discovery process using the env var
FUNCTIONS_DISCOVERY_TIMEOUT. This env var expects a numeric value of seconds and overrides all languages.This pull request does not meet the triage bar for inclusion in I/O related launches.
