Hi, I'm Ged

Backend engineer focused on building tools that stay out of your way. I mostly work on CLI utilities, automation pipelines, and the glue code that holds infrastructure together.

Tech Stack

  • Go — primary language, most of my tools are written here
  • Python — scripting, data wrangling, quick automation
  • Shell — the usual glue
  • Docker / Linux — where everything runs

What I'm working on

Mostly internal tooling and some open source CLI projects around DevOps workflows — think config management helpers, deployment scripts, that kind of thing.
