Add a launch simulator button for ios projects.

Problem or Use Case

Its really annoying to have to open a window of Xcode for every worktree I’m working on, and every time I want to test changes, I have to hunt down the right Xcode window and click build.

Proposed Solution

The feature automatically detects iOS/Xcode projects, lists available simulators, lets you pick, boots a simulator if needed, builds the app, installs it, and launches it. So you can run and test an iOS project directly from Emdash instead of manually juggling Xcode and the Simulator app.
