docs(js): Update Astro on Cloudflare quick start guide

We decided to update the frameworks on Cloudflare guide into quick start guides following our template. To avoid duplicating content and maintenance difficulties in the future, we are using the same include for the Astro SDK and Astro on Cloudflare quick start guides. Using the PlatformSection component, we hide and show content as needed for each version.

Duplicated list items in Next Steps platform sections

Low Severity

The Next Steps section duplicates three identical bullet points (configuration link, usage link, and product features link) in both PlatformSection blocks. Only the Cloudflare deployment link on line 353 differs between platforms. The javascript.remix.mdx file in the same directory demonstrates a cleaner pattern where shared list items are placed outside the platform sections, with only platform-specific content wrapped. This pattern would eliminate the duplication and reduce maintenance burden if any common links need updating.
