What are you trying to accomplish?

I want to display which users are using our software (and the specific versions)

How are you getting stuck?

I have added user ID reporting (the error details page indeed displays it), but the Releases page shows all zeros.

What should I do to make it display correctly?
Also, I cannot seem to find “User Count” on the details page. The documentation’s AI tells me:

1. How do I count how many users a specific release has?
   In Sentry, “number of users” is primarily measured across two dimensions:

A. Total users / active users by Release
Navigate to the Releases page and click into a specific release:
You can view metrics such as:

In the release details, you can view:
User count
Metrics such as crash-free user rate. [Release Details]
However, I cannot find this.
