View::setChannelDepthClearEnabled utilizes clearDepth.mat internally, which is not compatible with multiview since clearDepth is post-process.

This update converts clearDepth.mat into a surface shader, allowing it to hold the STE variant. This change enables the shader to function correctly in multiview.
