This commit migrates the MCP server to use the Google ADK. The main changes are: - The server is now based on . - The tools are now wrapped in . - The old implementation has been removed. - A new test file has been added to test the new ADK-based server.

Upgrade to the MCP server that uses the Google ADK which uses FastMCP under the hood.
All existing functionality has been migrated.
