Galaxy Watch6 connected via Bluetooth

After reinstalling the HA companion app, BLE Transmitter is permanently stuck in "Stopped" state.

• Bluetooth is ON
• Battery: Unrestricted
• Location: Always allowed
• Nearby devices: allowed
• Enable transmitter toggle is ON
• Toggling on/off does not help
• Phone reboot temporarily fixes it but Stopped returns

Before reinstall everything worked fine with Watch6 connected.
