Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:

When backup is done on a device (SeedVault on GrapheneOS), my understanding is that applications are temporarily stopped during backup process and that restarted after its backup is finished.

It works for most apps just fine, but for Home Assistant app in ~7/10 cases the app doesn't start back up after this. This is one of the reasons for closed, but still unresolved #4363

Application is obviously configured for persistent connection, battery optimization is disabled for it, etc.
